​Shireen founded Sage Monroe in 2018 after spending several years working in boutique search and recruitment firms in London and New York, her aim was to spend more time with fewer clients and deliver a superior service. She has built and lead teams within Alternative Investments, Investment Banking Advisory and Strategy and Corporate Development. Her client base has included top tier and multi-national companies as well as highly regarded smaller players within these markets.

Her network includes: investment professionals within private equity, private credit and hedge funds; investment bankers and corporate finance advisors; strategy consultants and in-house corporate development professionals; and industry and C-Suite executives within finance, operations and strategy from companies which range in size from large listed corporates to ambitious start-ups.

 

Shireen read Law at The City Law School in London and graduated with a 2.1.
